Equipment Engineer
What You’ll Be Doing:

Participate actively in project preparation and provide expert advice on equipment use.

Handle equipment modifications based on project requirements, including managing and executing necessary maintenance.

Advise both the project team and on-site crew regarding technical adjustments and improvements.

Oversee and manage technical modifications effectively.

Attend Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) at manufacturers’ locations.

Act as the first line of response for equipment breakdowns, coordinating swiftly with the project management and on-site teams.

Promote a robust safety culture within the team and on operational sites.

Be flexible and prepared for occasional travel and work outside regular office hours, including offshore assignments.
What We’re Looking For:

Educational background at a maximum level of HBO / Maritime Officer (Marof).

Practical experience at sea (internships included).

Technical expertise clearly reflected in your CV (nautical background is acceptable, but technical proficiency is essential).

Independent and proactive mindset with strong decision-making skills.

Language: Fluency in Dutch is strongly preferred.
