The clients we know here are mainly engineering and consultancy firms, contractors and a single end user (client). This means that we mainly employ people who fulfill functions aimed at the execution of projects, the (preliminary) design and engineering of projects and project (supervision) management.
Within the construction and civil engineering sector, people with higher vocational education are often employed with a specialization in, for example: Bsc./Msc. civil engineering, construction and mechanical engineering or a combination of a Secundary Technical Education in combination with a Bsc./Msc. in, for example, industrial engineering or commercial engineering. Due to the emergence of the “construction teams”, there is an increasing need for higher vocational and university educated people because this raises the abstraction level, because the design then mainly starts in the conceptual phase.
