Fabrication Support Engineer – Offshore Structures

Your responsibilities

Prepare and coordinate work packages for steel structures

Ensure availability of drawings, weld maps, specs and tools

Act as liaison between engineering, procurement, production and subcontractors

Monitor progress and solve technical or logistical issues

Safeguard material traceability, quality and site safety
-
Identify improvements and boost efficiency on the shop floor
Your background
-
Technical degree (MBO+ / Bachelor) in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Marine Engineering
-
3+ years experience in fabrication, work prep or coordination
-
Confident reading technical drawings and specs
-
ERP systems and planning tools (e.g. MS Project) – no problem
-
Welding, NDT, coatings or assembly experience? Big plus
-
Structured, hands-on and strong communicator
-
Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
