What You’ll Do

Be the go-to authority for all Logistics & Warehousing (L&W) matters across the company
Define and implement strategies that ensure timely, cost-effective delivery worldwide
Lead and develop the international L&W team – including HR planning
Build, optimize, and scale tools, processes and structures that enable global logistics performance
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, safety standards, and internal policies
Negotiate and manage contracts with logistics partners and suppliers
Create actionable insights by analyzing performance data and defining KPIs
Support commercial and project teams with high-quality logistics plans
Keep a tight ship – from inventory control and material tracking to customs clearance
Travel occasionally to project sites, suppliers and stakeholders – as needed

What You Bring

A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Engineering or Business
12+ years of experience in logistics & warehousing, including 5+ years in a leadership role
Background in global project environments – preferably offshore or construction
Expertise in international logistics, compliance, INCO terms, and customs procedures
Comfortable with tools like SAP ECC6, S4/Ariba, Yellowstar and Excel
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Resilient under pressure, analytical, hands-on, and solution-oriented
Strategic mindset with a talent for organizational change and operational excellence
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
