What will you be doing?

For over half a century, this organization in Heavy Lift Transportation and Offshore Installation has been redefining what’s possible at sea. Their vessels are legendary, their engineering unmatched, and their culture? Hands-on, no-nonsense, and built on trust.

Now, they’re looking for a Team Lead Project Engineering. Not someone who just manages spreadsheets, but someone who knows what a well-executed offshore project feels like – someone who’s been on deck, in the trenches, and has the scars (and stories) to prove it.

What you’ll be lifting

Lead a multi-disciplinary team of 25+ professionals – including structural, marine, and project engineers.
Be the technical anchor across offshore tenders and projects – from kickoff to completion.
Oversee outsourced engineering work and ensure top-notch delivery under pressure.
Coordinate between departments and stakeholders to make sure nothing falls overboard.
Report directly to the Manager Engineering and play a central role in project execution.

What you bring to the table:

A BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or something in that league.
8+ years of relevant offshore experience, with at least 5 years in a leading or coaching position.
A background in Transport & Installation (T&I) – preferably with real execution exposure.
Solid with Method Statements, subcontracted engineering, and guiding junior talent.
A builder of multidisciplinary project teams who knows the operational reality offshore.
Fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus, not a dealbreaker).
