What will be your responsibilities?

  • Develop new product and market ranges by conducting thorough market research and engaging with clients and stakeholders.
  • Initiate, maintain, and grow partnerships with clients by providing expert technical advice and consultancy.
  • Provide essential sales support for current and future opportunities, leveraging technical knowledge and expertise.
  • Actively coach, advise, and provide technical expertise to engineering project teams, contributing to the design of various WTG Foundation types.
  • Stay updated on relevant industry developments, identify knowledge gaps, and share best practices with all stakeholders.
  • Report directly to Senior Management or the Head of the Product Line.

What is your talent?

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the structural discipline within the Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) market.
  • Significant experience in WTG design, fabrication, and installation processes.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar or equivalent role.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Dutch is preferred.
  • A strong team player with a problem-solving mindset.
