The Client Service Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients by providing strategic project consulting, managing customized product service programs, and ensuring effective coordination of project and service support activities.

This role acts as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that solutions meet client needs and organizational standards. The Client Service Manager reports to the Head of Department and is part of the global pile driving service organization.

The position closely collaborates with the Sales, Asia Sales, R&M, Service Delivery, OPS Support, and Finance departments.

The Asset Service Engineer plays a pivotal role, ensuring the efficient management of the marine foundation rental equipment fleet and supporting aftermarket order fulfillment.

In this position, you oversee end‑to‑end service management for rental projects, providing both technical and operational expertise to coordinate and execute field service, repair, maintenance, claims, and warranty activities. Additionally, you support aftermarket sales processes and collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction.
