About the role

Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and financial forecasts based on the contract;
Structure project activities and lead multidisciplinary project teams;
Coordinate maritime operations and liaise with internal and external stakeholders;
Manage and support project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers;
Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks when necessary;
Recognize commercial opportunities and optimization possibilities within projects;
Maintain client relationships and ensure clear and effective project communication;
Deliver input for tendering for future projects;
Report to management.

Your Qualifications

A master’s degree, preferably in Mechanical or Offshore Engineering, Maritime Studies or similar;
At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Senior Project Engineer in a similar role within the industry;
Experience in managing complex technical projects;
Knowledge of engineering processes and collaboration with subcontractors;
Experience with contract management and risk management;
Familiarity with international offshore regulations and legislation;

A gross monthly salary that depends on your experience and ranges from EUR 5.500,- to EUR 7.000,-;
