Key Responsibilities

Responsible for monitoring, planning and coordinating materials on site.
Ensure correct documentation throughout the entire process.
Coordinate with colleagues, the main office, suppliers and agents.
Manage storage of equipment, goods and supplies.
Responsible for timely distribution of goods, supplies and equipment.
Ensure compliancy and safe operations.
Ensure compliancy of all documentation such as manifests, certificates and customs forms.
Ensure efficient space utilization and logical layout of the premises.
Initiate and follow up on process improvement.
Coordinate the waste stream according to national and company guidelines.

Your Qualifications

5 years of working experience a similar role in this industry.
Able to maintain high HSE standards.
Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Engineering
Familiar with rules and regulations of transport of goods, including customs procedures, import/export obligations, transport documents and management of dangerous goods.
Flexible and able to change priorities if and when needed.
Willing to travel to other sites (internationally).
Strong communication skills in English and Dutch.
