Sr. Contracts Engineer

What will be your responsibilities?
- Manage and administer all subcontracting activities on various Projects in a timely, quality-focused, and budget-driven manner, adhering to the Company Management System (CMS).
- Contribute to and prepare subcontracting strategies aligned with project objectives.
- Serve as the Lead contracts engineer on larger projects.
- Prepare invitations to tender, evaluate tender proposals, award contracts, and administer contracts through to close-out.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and coordinate commercial and contractual matters, as well as the technical evaluation of received tenders.
- Organize and lead tender clarification meetings, tender board meetings, kick-off meetings, and commercial meetings.
What will you bring?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Legal, Commerce, Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent field.
- Over 5 years of experience in a contracting environment within the construction, engineering, or oil & gas industries, preferably with international experience.
- In-depth knowledge of major re-measurable and lump sum EPC(IC) contracts.
- Proactive approach to the role with a proven ability to deliver added value.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
- Willingness to travel for short-term business trips and longer-term assignments.
