Project Coordinator Offshore

What will be your responsibility?

  • Keeping administration of
    • offshore information from DPRs
    • subcontractor weekly reports
    • procurement, delivery & storage
       
  • Assisting in
    • updating Monthly Progress Report
    • preparing Purchase Requisitions
    •  preparing Variation Orders
    • matching Goods Received with Invoices from suppliers
    •  keeping financial administration up to date
    •  keeping Risk & Opportunity register up to date
       
  • Further:
    • daily update of database with information from offshore installation vessel
    • ​​​​​​​keeping records up to date of subcontractor hours for personnel and equipment
    • keeping grout records up to date.

Is this your talent?

  • Minimum HBO (Bachelor) work- and thinking level 
  • Experience in the Offshore branche
  • Good communication skills
  • Conversant in English (verbally and in writing)
  • Prefered experience with construction activities in a marine/offshore environment
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
  • Able to work accurately, organised and secure;
  • Pro-active, social team player with hands-on attitude
